welcome to the first blog post! i hope you enjoy reading it as much much as i did making it.

first things first

i figured i should introduce myself to those who don't know me already:

• my name/alias is misty - sometimes people will call me goteki, gazlene, etc. as i've been through a lot of name changes
• at the time of writing, i'm 14 years old
• pretty big into all things computers, as well as music - especially D&B, UK Garage, Ambient, and Electronic
• mainly into web dev (HTML, CSS, Django mainly) (i hate JS with a passion), but also like to dabble into both high and low level programming (C# and Rust most notably)
• like to design/draw sometimes too
• Pepsi Max is my drink of all time
• i find stuff related to the old internet pretty interesting, not in a nostalgiatard way
• i pirate/torrent a lot of stuff; rutracker and slsk are my goto programs for such things

the site is pretty much going to be a place for me to spew out ideas and perhaps gain a bit more presence on the internet, but i'm mostly just making this because i want to and it's fun! it'll probably be the best way to find out about what i'm doing if you're not a close friend of mine.
